As an unemployed person, things were hard before COVID-19 so I can’t say the pandemic affected my lifestyle. Our diet wasn’t that diverse before COVID-19 so it hasn’t changed my family’s food security, though the price of things like cooking oil keeps increasing day in and day out. We may not have a good number of types of food but we always have access to nsima (maize porridge). Every family member is enough food. We do not follow any pattern of preparing food because sometimes that food might not be available! We’ve started a vegetable garden to help us.
