With the coming of COVID-19 the clinic communication has changed completely. Before COVID-19 physicians at the clinic, it was their duty to provide health talks. But at this point in time health talks is not provided to avoid congestion. Even if we go to the clinic close to 80% of the posters which we see on walls at the clinic is for COVID-19 only.
Despite concerns about clinic congestion and COVID transmission the clinic has never communicated with me in any form of digital communication. They don’t use SMS or WhatsApp to inform us. Since the coming of this pandemic, they have never offered any support groups either. All consultations are being done at the clinic.
