Have clinic communications changed since COVID-19?
No they haven’t. They still use the same communication methods as before COVID-19.
Was your clinic using SMS or WhatsApp to communicate with you before COVID-19? How are text messages and WhatsApp being used to connect you with health providers now?
No. Communication has been made with us in any form of communication, they have been upgraded to provide more self-service options because of the change due to the pandemic.
Did your clinic offer support groups before COVID-19? Have they continued and if yes, are they in person or via phone or WhatsApp?
Not that I’m aware of, no. I usually go into the clinic to collect my medications and leave. I’ve never stayed long enough or inquire about any support groups available at the clinic.
Are your regular clinic consultations done virtually or do you have to go into the clinic?
I have to go to the clinic as my consultations are scheduled for the same day that I collect my medications.
