A lot has changed since COVID-19 erupted. Both my family doctor and medical aid services provider keep me updated about recent developments on COVID-19 eradication.
Before COVID-19, my doctor used to communicate via WhatsApp. However, that has changed – the information is now disseminated via SMS and emails.
There have been no support groups however if one needs psychosocial help, this is referred to a professional person. Consultations are both in-person and virtual. My regular consultations are done in person – by booking.
