The clinic communication has changed a little bit due to COVID-19, at first we were used to being communicated monthly now its 2 months or 3 months and then another thing, although there is the issue of COVID we are still using the communication directly, by phone call, not WhatsApp or text message.
We are still using phone calls and the issue of support groups – we do not do support groups at the clinics. We use our support groups from the cluster where we are coming from and with help of a peer navigator.
My regular clinic consultations are done by going to the clinic directly. This is because some of the information I can’t talk through the phone, but I tried my best to go and meet the doctor directly especially when we have arranged the day and date to meet up.
