Have clinic communications changed since COVID-19?
Not really but once they called and sent an sms reminder for my clinic appointment
Was your clinic using SMS or WhatsApp to communicate with you before COVID-19? How are text messages and WhatsApp being used to connect you with health providers now?
As per above but it was once, other than that, I still have to come to the clinic and no communication happen.
Did your clinic offer support groups before COVID-19? Have they continued and if yes, are they in person or via phone or WhatsApp?
I have never been invited to a support group though I am aware that my name is registered on an adherence club register.
Are your regular clinic consultations done virtually or do you have to go into the clinic?
All consultations are done in person.
