I never had any communication with the clinic as I go to them if I need to go to them.
Was your clinic using SMS or WhatsApp to communicate with you before COVID-19? How are text messages and WhatsApp being used to connect you with health providers now?
The communication is verbally through physical meetings.
Did your clinic offer support groups before COVID-19? Have they continued and if yes, are they in person or via phone or WhatsApp?
The clinic had a support group that was not functioning well before COVID-19, during COVID it fell apart.
Are your regular clinic consultations done virtually or do you have to go into the clinic?
I always go to the clinic for any consultation.
